  1. i like that photo of the little girl with 2 roosters behind her. reminds me so much of my own childhood back in the province…so peaceful, so carefree…

  2. Nicely taken pictures! I like the black & white pics, very nostalgic. What? Wanted Barbero that can cut boy & girl! LOL Delicious cassava, hipon?, & red bananas! Is that a real scorpion? Big & scary one!=)

  3. Hahaha “can cut boy and girl”. pa-it! Ayaw dad-a inyong boy or girl dinha kay ma putol na sila… dili na complete, lol.

  4. These photos truly induce a good dose of nostalgia. My favorites are the first two. That black-and-white picture of coconut trees flanking a rural dirt road is very dreamy. It saddens me that at some point in the future, those graceful palms might be felled to make way for a Jollibee or something like that.

  5. lan, as promised. thanks again for dragging us with you to bindoy. i was truly amazed with the vastness sa katubhan and kamaisan like it filled the entire earth, and i loved the bus trips. it allowed all our urban distractions to fly out like bats and to be left with awakened silent thoughts. so there. hope we can scare the chellean b__ch and run around the corn fields again another time, hehehe.
