The Island of Cebu is known for its nice beaches and rich history. But on a recent trip, I skipped the usual spots to discover a company that harnesses the power of the sun right here in Cebu: Citicore Solar Cebu in Toledo City.
CitiCore Solar Cebu
Thanks to a group of people that helped make this trip possible, I was able to visit Citicore Solar Cebu. Before this trip, I didn’t even know that a place like this existed in Cebu!
The staff at Citicore Solar Cebu were very welcoming. They took us on a tour of their facility, explaining the different uses of materials and the processes that take place there. I was impressed by how committed they were to using quality materials. Additionally, I loved that they focused on making sure that everyone understood what they were saying.
The company has other properties all over the Philippines. In fact, they have seven other solar farms. The Cebu property, however, is the largest one covering more than 70 hectares.
Touring the Solar Farm
The real highlight of my visit was stepping outside and seeing rows upon rows of solar panels shining in the sun. It was an amazing image. Every Cebuano should have the chance to experience this because it was lovely!
With its abundant sunshine, Cebu is definitely perfect for this kind of technology.
With Citicore Solar Cebu’s experience and expertise, they made this difficult concept seem extremely easy and simple.
Over the years, we’ve seen many companies switching to solar to reduce their carbon footprint and contribute to a cleaner and greener environment.
If you’re looking to make a positive impact on the environment and save money on your electricity bills, solar energy is definitely a great option. And with the help of Citicore Solar Cebu, this interest among Cebuanos for renewable energy can only grow.
