In this edition of Cebu Updates, I will show you some of the many things that happened (and pushed through) in spite of the strict health and safety protocols that were in place in the Metro. It’s been a pretty tough year but we all know that the Cebuanos are a whole lot tougher.

Uptown Area Updates

The Excelsior building in Banawa looks really nice.

A small strip (owned by Primary Structures?) is opening soon along V. Rama Avenue (near Jollibee.)

Mandaue City, Cebu Updates

Several structures inside the Mandani Bay property in Mandaue City are growing up pretty fast.

Naga City, Cebu Updates

This new area (maybe a reclamation project) is now one of Naga City’s most exciting projects.

The new food strip next to the water in Naga City looks lovely.
