Hello, friends! I have to tell you that today, I am on a roll! That is why I’m publishing Cebu Updates 40. For some reason, I’ve been feeling extra energetic today (prolly because the Cebu BRT is finally a go!) Anyway, I was able to manage to pump out a few articles in just one go. And that, for me, is a pretty huge deal because writing one article can already be pretty tiring. I know this doesn’t always happen. But since it IS happening, I’m happy to ride the momentum.
Anyway, here is another batch of updates to keep you all in the loop . Here is Cebu Updates 40!
Cebu Updates 40
Cebu City Updates
First off, homegrown developer Cebu Landmasters Inc has recently broken ground for North Grove at Pristina Town, a key feature in their new township development in Cebu City.
Next, Samantabhadra Institute is now being demolished to make way for a new development in the area.
The hotel and offices of the Patria redevelopment project are currently being completed.
The Skypods within the Monterazzas development are now visible from Banawa.
Developer DMCI is now starting its massive first project in Cebu.
The units at this condiminium complex in Guadalupe will soon be ready for turnover.
Trybe co-living is opening soon at the Capitol area.
The Esperanza Towers, just a few blocs away from Baseline are now nearing completion.
The Ayala Center Cebu expansion is also underway. In fact, some features have already been completed.
The SM City Cebu expansion is also underway. In addition, the National University campus, sitting on top of the mall, had recently been opened.
An unused section inside the Cebu IT Park has been turned into pickleball courts.
Puso Village in Downtown Cebu City is now operational.
Due to the Cebu Bus Rapid Transit project, the sidewalks of Osmena Boulevard have now been improved.
In addition, Vertex Central along Archbishop Reyes Avenue will be completed very soon!
Also, the first phase of the Patria de Cebu redevelopment is now open to the public. It features food outlets like Orange Brutus and Pan de Manila.

Did you know that a new museum is opening soon at Mactan Newtown in Lapu-Lapu City?
SRP Updates
The third tower within the Nustar Complex at the South Road Properties will be topped off soon.
The Il Corso Mall will soon be connected to City di Mare via a foot bridge.
A new standalone McDonalds store is opening soon at the South Road Properties.
Mandaue City Updates
Ayala will soon be opening their newest mall in Mandaue City called Gatewalk Central Mall.
Several structures will soon be completed within the massive Mandani Bay complex in Mandaue City.
Cebu Doctors University’s new building is nearing completion.
Finally, Astra Centre in Mandaue City is now considered the next lifestyle hub in the city.
