The entire family went to Catmon today for the ‘dispedida’ of my uncle and my cousin. They are leaving for Saudi soon. They’ll be working in one of the factories there.
We picked a beach resort in Catmon called Recuerdo. Based on my google research, recuerdo means ‘memory’. I wanted to give this post a witty foreign title but when I started using the Yahoo! babelfish language translator, memory became ‘memoria’.
Anyways, Recuerdo is a pretty nice resort. Entrance fee is only Php 5.00 and the whole place is clean and quiet. Their cottages are cheap – at only Php 200.00. They have areas for ‘sugba’ behind the cottages, too. Although the beach is a bit rocky, Recuerdo is still a nice getaway for busy city folks like us.

hello nanay. actually, nagpicture2x ko sa christ king prayer garden sa catmon, nakameet mi sa friend sa owner sa aroma. amo siyang gihatod sa motor. iintroduce unta ko niya sa owner, naulaw lang ko. nyahahhhaha.

i miss this place. i’ve been there over a year ago and i wanna go back to that place to unwind and relax, to get away from toxic city coz the place is indeed quiet though the beach shore is not sandy. i love the room! it’s very affordable and it’s good value for the price… i love the sunrise there! tnx for the photoblog.pls post more for OUR next destination.hehe

Wowowee finally i saw the place where im going to stay this coming may .its been a long time i never go home in that place.its 10 years now and i miss all my friends ther…i kno the onwer of this resort and im sure he still remember me lol….nong joel this is kristal katong mag pa rent og mga vhs tape b4 diha ato….this coming may anha ko mag stay but i want to kno the rate of the room ther..i will stay ther probably 4 days….just email the qqoutation please…..thnx and god bless

I was not disappoint when my husband and i arrived in the Philippines to spend our honeymoon..as a newlywed, we wanted to spend it in a nice, not so expensive and comfortable place.
