Imelda Aroma Mountain Paradise: The Smell Of Paradise

(O ha! Unsa ka-corny sa akong title! Nyahahahaha!)

We went to Imelda Aroma Mountain Paradise in Catmon last Saturday for our summer company outing. We all had a lot of fun. The place is really nice. And it’s not that expensive pa gyud. So, if you want to leave the city and spend some quality time with your family and friends, Imelda Aroma is less than two hours away!

Here’s a very nice view of the resort.

  2. naka visit ko aning Imelda Aroma, nindot dyud nga place, very serene ang environment and to think you are free from any work related stress when you go there kay layo kaayo ka sa city 🙂 ….ning try ko anang slide, pwerte ka taas but it’s worth the “kulba”, the lazy river you mentioned is indeed nice, and we stayed in one of their garden rooms… that time lang pad adto namo, dako ila charge for corkage fees and murag kung during summer time, sobra ka init ang place, aside from that, the place is good for team building, family reunion, get together and group tour…..cool pics…

  3. Ley, thanks for the nice photogs and info, the list of places I need to go see on Oct is getting larger and larger, see ya then on Oct-Nov

  4. hello Ley, finally you’ve been there. Nindot kau no. Wala lage ka kakuhag pictures sa ilang mini zoo. We enjoy in that lazy river, kaso lang kapoy ug saka. Ug ang slide nila ay very dangerous, mabaw ra kau. Kuyaw malagpot ta sa grass which grows in the rocks. They have talking birds near the kids pool. If you say Leyland gwapo, he/she will say it back to you Leyland gwapo.

How about next time Ley, sa Uragay Swimming Pool (Olympic size) thats in Carmen before the St. Benedict Monastery. Layo lage sa H-way and its a simple pool only.

    Salamat Ley…

  7. this is in catmon Cebu, am not sure as to what kilometer this is situated, but if you are heading towards Bogo area, it’s situated few meters on the left side part of the national road.

  8. Now, I know what I am missing about Catmon! Tatay asked me to take him back – he is getting so old that we don’t know if he can make the trip. I would love to!

  9. It is 57 Kilometers from cebu City to Catmon Poblacion – I think this is located in Macaas about 5 km outside the poblacion

  10. Very nice photos Ley!

This is a very nice place to visit up north.

I don’t know if they still charge P100 entrance fee per adult. The corkage is also a little bit high but maybe you can haggle with the manager.

Yes, they also have a mini-zoo. Good for the little kids.

@Inday Myrna, is Uragay still open? I used to go there. Very nice place as well. I heard that there is also a new mountain spring nearby.

  11. @ Mich Nana Yanna, yes im sure Uragay still open.
That new mountain spring is closed as there is a fatal
accident in the area I think last year or the year before.
    So sad…

  12. Ley,
