Hey, y’all! Here are some very hot updates from our beloved Cebu. If you want me to take pictures of some spots that I missed, please don’t forget to let me know in the comments section below. I’ll do my best to check each one of them out and feature them in the next update. Anyways, this one is kinda short but I promise some of them are very exciting! 🙂

Cebu City as of July 2014
As expected, road widening and road repairs are taking FOREVER to complete. That said, everyday is a challenge. The traffic is horrible everywhere as roads are becoming smaller and smaller. Yeah, this is temporary. I hope they finish everything before Christmas season.
Workers working in the heat in this section along V. Rama Avenue.
A new development is rising right next to the Cebu IT Park. FilInvest is currently building a complex which will have 4 IT buildings. The complex will have a 10-storey Cyberzone and 3 18-storey towers.
This small area under the Mambaling Flyover is now a pocket park. This used to be occupied by vendors and small carenderias.
The SM Seaside City Mall is now nearing completion. This massive development greets visitors traveling south via the South Road Properties coastal road.
I can’t wait to see the final look of this building. Looks really massive.
Soon to be an icon, the CUBE is SM SRP’s answer to Mall of Asia’s the Sphere.
The first circular SM mall. This side facing Talisay City is now almost complete.
Stay tuned for my next updates. 🙂
Bai, I believe that building with a red net is not part of IT Park. If I’m not mistaken, that’s a Megaworld project.
Yeah. Dili diay part sa Cebu IT Park bai. Hehe, sorry. But it is really a FilInvest project. Contractor nila ang Megawide.
How about a pic of the new hospital going up near S&R? My BIL is working on it.
The UC hospital sir? Will try to take a couple of photos next time, sir Hoz! 🙂
I was on vacation last month and I was driving along SRP coming from Talisay. Looking at the unfinished SMSSC complex from afar it looks like a superferry with a gigantic rubiks cube in front of it..

Im looking forward sa suroy2 sa SM Seaside.
