Islands Souvenirs recently introduced their customizable I Heart Cebu Shirt. Huge billboards have been put up all over the Metro with big Cebuano personalities promoting the shirt.
There’s Tourism Secretary and Danao’s proud child Ace Durano, There’s TV and media personality Jude Bacalso. We can even see Lita Urbina (the owner of Cafe Laguna) wearing the shirt and her hand making the heart sign. I’d love to one day see photos of big-wigs like Mayor O, Madam Amparito Lhuillier, Michel Lhuillier, Pilita, Kenneth Cobonpue, and many others wearing the shirt.
I’m happy that Islands Souvenirs started this project. I’m pretty sure a lot of people are going to buy these shirts. Cebuanos just love Cebu!
Not sure how much the retail price is yet. But according to my friends, you can have your very own personalized shirt in just thirty minutes.
I hope they still sell these shirts after payday next month! I’d love to get one!

My classmate told me she saw Sir Kenneth Cobonpue’s billboard wearing his I love Cebu shirt… It was somewhere on the flyover going to Talamban. Went out to check it, but I think they took it down already 🙁
