Hey, guys! Here are some fresh updates that I’m sure you’ve all been waiting for. It took me quite a while to put this post together due to various schedule changes and a lot of out-of-town travels. Anyway, here’s hoping that things will run smoothly in the next couple of months because I have a lot of beautiful things that I want to share with all of you.
But before I tell you about all those beautiful adventures, let me just share with you guys this collection of Cebu updates. Check em out!
Malapascua Island is finally getting its very own jetty. The jetty is currently being construction right in the middle of the main docking beach.

The recently-completed road repair work in Banawa.
Sundance Residences and One Pavilion Place in Barangay Guadalupe.
GT Times Square in Fuente is finally nearing completion.
CityMall Bacalso rising soon right next to the Cebu South Bus Terminal.
The Cebu City Medical Center rising fast also N. Bacalso Street.
The Citi Link Transit Terminal is no longer operational.
SM Seaside City’s central tower is opening very soon.
Work on the Cebu Ocean Park (right next to the San Pedro Calungsod Chapel at the SRP) has begun.
The underground wiring of Osmeña Boulevard is now almost complete.
City di Marre’s commecial and lifestyle component Il Corso is rising fast.
Failed to catch the name of these two buildings which are rising fast at the Cebu Business Park.
The Solinea towers at the Cebu Business park are humongous!
Barangay Guadalupe’s very own 10-storey S Hotel.
The Avida Towers Riala at the Cebu IT Park are pretty massive.
E-Blocks 1 and 4 facing the very busy Avida Towers project site.
CityLoft Mango across the Colegio Inmaculada Concepcion has finally been topped off.
Horizons 101, Cebu’s tallest building to date, is opening to the public very soon.
