Cebu IT Park’s Central Bloc will house a new Ayala mall, a hotel tower, and several IT buildings.
The Farmers’ Market is open during weekends near the South Road Properties Mambaling Bridge.
Cebu FOOD StRiP at the South Road Properties features several restaurants in one location.
Cebu Nature Suites at the North Reclamation Area is also nearing completion.
Mactan Newtown’s impressive high-rises
City di Mare at the South Road Properties will soon to be the newest Dining and Entertainment destination in Cebu City.

my parents are came from carcar,i am proud of it i But i was surprise
when I visited carcar recently its a very congestive of traffic jam OMG
what is the plan of local govt. to get rid the traffic problem Iam a market vendor in luan luan area for four decade, its located in the interior part of carcar. dapat ang LGU mag create ng traffic committee.or else let me to suggest something
*create number coding of tricycle and pedicabs
*temporarily suspended newly applied registered of tricycle/pedicabs
*traffic enforcer in the roads at all times should be present
*remove illegal parking calling passengers in the oval park center
*all passengers bus passing carcar going south and south east or vise versa are not allowed to pick and drop passengers
* the traffic enforcers should not be a carcaranons residents to avoid political connections to the violators
* random reshuffle of traffic enforcers or replacements without notice
* Implement trial and error system lets say make all vehicles coming from north continous flow with in 15 mins without encounter flow came from south. flow through continously,and stop after 15 mins/and vehicles came from south take over the road for 15 mins and vise versa alternately. communication using radio by the enforcer. aasahan ko sana makatulong ito sa mga kababayan ko dyan sa carcar.carcar is a beautiful city rich in culture/tradition and beautiful people.
(MORE SUGGESTION CONSTRUCT NEW ROAD FROM TANGASAN PASS TO COASTAL AREA EXITING TO LAGANG AREA NORTH AND SOUTH FLOW ENCOUNTER,AND ONLY VEHICLES CAME AND GOING FROM/TO SOUTH WEST IS PASSING THE CARCAR TOWN PROPER.
