Mactan Updates
The Mactan Expo Center at the Mactan Newtown is now taking shape. The structure will help address M.I.C.E. needs in Mactan and in Cebu.

Next, the Abaca Resort in Lapu-Lapu City is now nearing completion.

The Mahi Center, right next to the Mactan Marina Mall, is now on its finishing stage.

Mandaue Update
The Cebu Doctors College in Mandaue City has a new building. The CDU PVL Building is several floors taller than the original building.

SRP Updates
Grand Summit, the third tower within the Nustar Resort complex, is now taking shape. In fact, some portions of the facade are now covered with glass.

City di Mare recently revealed that their lot at the South Road Properties will have a Jollibee, a Chowking, and a Bo’s Coffee. Additionally, a gas station will also rise in the area.

Also, they will be a building a bridgeway to connect the property to the Il Corso mall across the street.


The Seaside Arena at the South Road Properties is expected to be completed this year.

In addition, SM is currently constructing a bridgeway that will connect South Coast City and SM Seaside City Cebu.


Furthermore, the SMX Convention Center and the Radisson Red Hotel are rising fast within the South Coast City.

Cebu City Updates
The oneTree Plaza Hotel in Banawa now has several tenants ready to open.

Paseo Arcenas in Banawa continues to cement itself as the ultimate foodie destination in the South.



USJR pulls an ultimate surprise with its new campus dominating the skyline of the downtown area.

The Suites at Gorordo along Gorordo Avenue is now almost ready for its residents.

Next, the Cebu Doctors Hospital along Osmena Boulevard has recently completed an annex.

Bayfront Hotel is currently constructing Trybe, a co-living property just across Bayfront Capitol.

The Patria de Cebu project in downtown Cebu City is helping reshape the heritage district.


The BDO Tower in Fuente Osmena is ready for its all-glass facade.

Horizons 101 along General Maxilom Avenue remains Cebu’s tallest building.

The massive City Clou development is also nearing completion.

The Abellana bus station for the BRT project is now almost set.

The extended sidewalk in Downtown Cebu City, one of the many features of the Link to Port scheme, is a component of the Cebu Bus Rapid Transit project.

The CDM development is now offering portions of its property to other developers to fast-track progress at the SRP.

And finally, a new weighbridge is being constructed at the South Road Properties.
