Sorry for this very late entry. Here are some of the scenes from the Sinulog Sa Kabataan sa Dakbayan and Lalawigan competitions held one week before the Sinulog Grand Parade. The Sinulog Sa Kabataan is a Sinulog competition held annually which showcases the talent of elementary and high school students of both the city and the province. The Sinulog Sa Kabataan is basically the ‘elimination round.’ as the winners of these two competitions are the only ones allowed to join the actual Sinulog Grand Parade and compete against local as well as out-of-town contingents.

this blog should not be nominated again for the best cebu blogs of 2011 as this isn’t anymore updated frequently. was looking forward for photos of the festival queens and winning contingents this year. the finale last night should be captured!!! been lurking this blog for 2 years now and this has come a long way and suddenly when it reached the million mark for pageviews, wala nay updates!!

hala, hala..uncalled for. ley’s doing the best he can given his time and resources. let’s not forget that ley’s doing this out of the goodness of his heart and for his love of cebu and somehow for him to share all this love to the many who haven’t been back to cebu for the longest while. he’s not doing this for any nomination whatsoever. the award he got was a very good blessing and a very much-deserved one. instead of pressuring him, we should be grateful for all he’s done. again, he needn’t have to do this blog, but he’s doing it anyway and i’m sure his many readers are very grateful for this.
