While I’m still finalizing the itinerary for a nice summer getaway which involves very little cash (is this even possible? LOL), here are some updates of our beloved city. I’ll try to add some more photos this weekend if I’m not too busy.
By the way, sorry for the ‘limited supply’ of new posts recently. I promise I’ll give you interesting stuff in the coming days. Payt Bisdak!

The gorgeous high-rises just outside the Cebu Business Park. Grand Cenia and Hongkong Plaza Hotel – both already topped off – will open this year.
Cebu City just welcomed its fifth LED ad screen. This one is in Fuente Osmeña.
Closer look of the screen.
The Ultima Residences has been topped off. I believe turn-over will be early next year.
The ever-changing skyline of Cebu City. See that tall building with maroon roof near that post? That’s Harrold’s Hotel along Gorordo Avenue.
Cebu’s Hotel Corridor – Golden Peak, Grand Cenia, Hongkong Plaza Hotel.
Hotel Elizabeth along Archbishop Reyes Avenue. Almost complete.
Cebu Business Park’s newest baby – Insular Life Building right beside the Ayala Terraces. This area will look awesome in just a few months.
As seen from the Ayala Terraces. The Pag-ibig Tower can no longer be seen. Hehehe.
More updates to follow!
Hotel Elizabeth’s interior might the the most alluring. Hehehe. I’m just curious with the design of Tessa Prieto. I don’t know if there’s a difference. 🙂
i swear that hotel is going to have feather boas and fake eyelashes all over! lol

Wow! Beautiful buildings! That silver car, looks like my sister’s car. 🙂 Salamat Ley.
What a lovely update, thanks ley
nice post.. and the challenge will be the traffic situation of Cebu and the supply of water and electricity. if the private sector and the government will work hand in hand with all these projects. Cebu will definitely boom way better than manila.
