The Sinulog Sa Kabataan is a yearly street-dancing competition held at the Cebu City Sports Center eight days before the Sinulog Grand Parade. The contingents that take part in the Sinulog Sa Kabataan Sa Lalawigan come from different elementary and high schools all over the Province of Cebu.
