Anyways, big winner is the contestant from San Carlos City’s Pintaflores Festival – she won 5 out of 8 awards including Sinulog Festival Queen 2008.

During the awarding ceremonies, we learned that we were surrounded by the dancers from the Pintaflores Festival. So when their lead dancer won, grabe and shagit sa among dapit. Hahahaha.

it’s a great show, it’s an unbelievable that San Carlos City can grab the title, anyway this is the second time of the city won the contest, the very first queen festival is also San Carlos

45 yrs. now I don’t go back to my home town. But I loved
Sinulog Festival, ‘coz we celebrate it here also in Taipei and I do the sewing of their costumes every January of our
Sto. Nino and taught them the steps of sinulog plus our
Regional Folk dances.
